Nutella Brownies
1 Stick Butter, Melted
6 ounces Nutella (Chocolate Hazelnut Spread), plus some to spread on top
1 ½ Cups Sugar
3 Large Eggs
¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ tsp salt
½ Cup All-Purpose Flour, Sifted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Whisk together
melted butter, Nutella and sugar. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, until combined. Whisk
in cocoa and salt. Fold in flour until combined.
Pour brownie batter into pan and back for approximately 35 minutes, until a toothpick
inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool brownies before cutting.
Spread Nutella on top before serving.
